Tutorial TutorialNew Premium Stages: Heartwood
Ahem. Ahh, ahem, pardon me. It is difficult to forget the sensation of water flooding my roots, despite the flood being dried out as quickly as it began in my Trades...
I admit, I find it a fascinating trend that student experimentations so often tend to result in an immediate danger that is resolved by the liberal application of hoarded items. Is it perhaps an outgrowth of your land's lack of sacrifice, that your people are so much more willing to risk yourselves for the sake of progress? The fact that you have managed to accomplish such great advances, while our magic is a constant struggle... it leads me to believe that we must continue our work together against the Withering.
Princess Celariel and I have discussed at length the interest shown by curious Hope students and their Allies in our most sacred of cultural traditions: the Heart of the Forest. We have finally come to a decision, and her Highness has agreed that the Heartwood Flower, usually reserved for the Kith Allies of those who have fallen in service to the Enchanted Forest, will be offered in the Headmaster's Office of Hope University. Taking on this transformation is a rare honor that connects a Kith to the Heart of the Forest - similar to an Alliance, I presume, though it is a singularly one-directional bond. As a Heartwood Kith grows, so too does the magic of the Heart, in small increments that build to a greater whole overall.
By the guiding trail of the Wizards Three, we wish for your continued support of our homeland and its rituals - in your own particular brand of thoughtful Hope passion. May we find many more reasons to grow together.

July Site Contest Final Days
Hi everyone!
This is a reminder that the current site contest ends on Friday July 28th at 12:00 PM CHT! We’re in our final days of the design contest and we want to make sure everyone gets their votes in for what they want to see brought to life on the site! We have several categories that are neck and neck right now so even one vote could make a huge difference for what gets made into official content!
And it’s never too late to submit! We’ve had several last-minute winners in previous contests, so if you’ve been sitting on a design entry, now’s the time to put it up. We have been so, so impressed with all the entries, but like the Tatters, we’ll always be hungry for more. Let us gaze on the beauty of your ideas!
Code Update: 7/25/17
Another code update coming through! This time we've got a number of minor page updates for you as well. Please note that it may take up to an hour for these changes to show, and you may need to clear your cache to be able to use them properly!
A big thank-you to Shazzbaa for pointing out some new bugs that cropped up in This Little Pig due to yesterday's update. The game should be showing the correct number of your earned points on the Game Over screen now, and should not be granting ability points to any abilities you have over 400 points in already.
On the Tailoring page, you'll only be able to use Patterns that are in your Main Inventory from now on. (Thanks for catching that, Cherell!) We've also added the item description to the very end of the Materials list, so if you scroll down you can see the Level information of your selected Pattern.
We've added an [item] button to the BBCode shortcut buttons so now it's even easier to remember how to share item information on the Forums and Messages!
And on your Inventory page, the checkbox area for selecting multiple items has been expanded so that now you can click on the Count to select it as well. Hopefully that makes it a little faster and easier to grab lots of items at once!
Thank you all for helping to make Tattered Weave the best it can be!
