Ay, you’ve all been working so hard sending messages and sharing food… Thank you. My notes say that this March Site Contest theme is Restricted Robotics, so… let’s encourage our inorganic friends in their fights to get free of Specter’s control.
This is an Avatar Contest, so wear your best robot or tech-inspired look and tell us how it might help us against Specter, or the Scourge, or... I don't know anymore. I just hope we can make a difference…
Prepare for Code Update on 3/18/24!
Hello again, everyone! Based on the testing we've done this week, we have some new information for you all regarding the major backend code update to come on March 18th 2024 during which the site will be fully offline and unreachable for several hours. This update is just to ensure we can continue to update the site with new software, which is pretty important even if you don't get to see it on your side!
We are increasing the estimated downtime and starting the update at 7:00 AM CHT - please make sure to look at the clock on the sidebar of the site and compare this to your local time zone so you know when to expect the site to be down! The update may take several hours, but we expect to have everything fully online and working again by 1:00 PM CHT.
Due to the nature of this update, any activity on the site around the time of this update may result in some data loss. For this reason, we recommend avoiding any major account changes such as resetting your password or buying gems until after the update is complete. If you encounter any problems due to the update, please contact me via email at diana@tatteredworld.com so I can help resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Code Update: 4/6/2024
Just a quick little update for everyone! The artwork of the Scourge of Disdain has been updated from an outdated version, so the correct version is now showing on site and the checkpoints to reach the next Scourge of Disdain form have been adjusted. Forum posts are also contributing 10 event points toward the Solarium S.O.S. Event to make up for the lengthy time it took us to fix that bug in the forums, so your posts are helping defeat Specter (and earn achievements) more than ever before!

Code Update: 3/4/2024
Hello again, everyone! We've pushed up a bunch of bug fixes today that should correct any of the outstanding achievement issues as well as enable forum posts to reward event points every hour as planned in last week's event update. Please note that it may take another 24 hours for these changes to appear on your account. On the bright side, the achievements should all work retroactively to count any battles you've already tried and/or won!
We are also planning a time for the site to be taken offline for a major code update: please note that on March 18th between 9am and 2pm CHT (aka EST) the site will be completely unavailable while we implement this update! If this date changes, we will let you know in another code update announcement beforehand.
