When Lee ran out of patience for teaching Fray, he abandoned him and Fray sought out a new Ally - the unwilling Andre.

When Andre finds out, he tries to get rid of Fray and during their argument, they rip his friendship necklace. Andre flees his shop in tears, leaving Fray to run the Tailored Fashions store. Fray asks the users for help mending A Frayed Alliance.

By the end of the event, the users were able to find positive outlets for Fray's impulsive nature, while Andre decided to be a little less intimidated about making new friends. A detailed list of the limited-time dialog is available here.

March 2017: I Know What I Can Do

Collecting items and Shards from users, Skyler builds her own prosthetic arm to climb ladders and bookshelves so that she can study just like the students at Hope University do! A detailed list of the limited-time dialog and Quests is available here.

Asking Dizzy for help navigating the Tattered Weave, the two of them visit Miranda and Piper in Hope, leaving the Enchanted Forest.

It doesn't take long for Miranda to feel the same interest in exploration, and soon enough she announces her own intention to go To Adventure in the Enchanted Forest! A detailed list of the Unique Quests is available here.

May 2017: High Score!
Spoiler

Piper continues her winning streak with another brand-new game, This Little Pig! She then hosts a high score competition to see who can get the best high score on each game, with the winners designing their very own Toy items to be sold in the Arcade!

June 2017: The Coral Reef
Spoiler

Frustrated by the lack of progress on his experiments, Lycus calls on the users to help
brainstorm ideas. When the users bring Lenta’s expertise to the table, Hope University science and Enchanted Forest magic combine to make the successful Enchanted Sonar. However, discovering the Coral Reef brings the Everstorm to Hope, destroying Andre’s shop stock!
Though Andre recovered with help from Kei and many users pitching in to learn Tailoring, Princess Celariel of the Enchanted Forest feared the Everstorm would target the Enchanted Forest next. Calling for an immediate courtship competition (which Dizzy merrily took into her own messy hands) despite Othidar’s protests, Dread was announced The Victor.
Lycus took this time for self-reflection when a siren song caught his attention, spurring Lenta to study further. Luckily, their combined efforts in the meanwhile revealed that Tailoring could push back the Everstorm. With the rush wedding postponed, Celariel called for a celebration so as to not waste Jay’s Enchanted Wedding Cake.

At long last, the Everstorm receded to reveal The Coral Reef.

July 2017: Wishes Come True
Spoiler

The monthly Site Contest is replaced with a special Design Contest, where users get to design items, Quests, clothing, and recolors!

Spoiler

Admin Club hosts a surprise birthday event for admin Diana with lots of party games and prizes. You’re all the best friends an actual rainbow could ask for!

Lycus brings his friend Marcus from the Coral Reef along to apologize to Andre for the destruction caused by the Everstorm. While Andre and Miranda catch up via the Scrying spell, Robin wants to know all the details about Marcus and where he comes from in a new Unique Quest, Discovering the Coral Reef.

September 2017: Treasured Books
Spoiler

When Miranda visits Skyler with the Scrying spell, they decide to swap places again.

Skyler returns to the Enchanted Forest and Miranda comes home to Hope University, leaving Andre with mixed feelings for the loss and gain of a friend.

Miranda’s wanderlust doesn’t keep her at Hope University for long, as Marcus joins the Student Exchange program to run the bookshop in her stead, just like Skyler had done! When Miranda arrives at the Coral Reef, she’s rather unsure how to deal with Tethys’ unusual introduction.

Iris decides that the users have been patient enough, and it’s time they learned the first of many Secrets about the Tattered Weave. The other characters in Hope join her in offering Secret Unique Quests to anyone devoted to them.

Club is promoted to Site Manager and Lead Writer, while stopboorider is promoted from Moderator to Site Assistant!

October 2017: Shadow Stage
Spoiler

A bunch of strange pamphlets came out of the Tatters, inviting users to a deadly performance. The masked Wolf warned everyone not to attract the Narrator’s attention by going maskless, or he might send ‘Stagehands’ after them.
But even death was not as it seemed, for the Hero reappeared, ready to do battle once again, having forgotten his recent death. When users tried to help him remember, the Narrator intervened with a dire warning of his own. Ignoring his threats, everyone banded together to help Hero Ally with a Stagehand, transforming it into a Kith!
Hero explained his Quest to defeat the Narrator, leading everyone to the Witch. Though Witch was just a child, the Narrator possessed her role to issue escalating threats toward the users’ intervention. Undeterred, the users encouraged her to Ally with a Stagehand as well, which had a strange effect on the Narrator’s possession. Thus was the Dollmaker instructed to tell a tale of tragedy, but after comforting a tearful Witch, chose to cut the puppet strings that held him back from an Alliance against the Narrator.

Meanwhile in Hope, Piper and Seeba attempted to lighten up the grim atmosphere with a patch for the play at her Spooktacular Halloweave shop!
Unfortunately for the Artois family, Iris went missing, so Nicholas set out for the Shadow Stage himself.

Storming the Narrator’s castle, they met the Scribe at the gates. Everyone searched high and low, finally discovering that Iris was possessed by the Narrator at the top of the highest tower! In a sudden plot twist, the Scribe called out the Narrator’s poor storytelling and took over herself for a rewrite. With the Narrator gone but vowing vengeance, the Hero returned to life again and the cast of the Shadow Stage was left wondering what would happen next.
