Site Contest Winners: August 2021
Posted on August 23, 2021Thankfully, the winners of this month's Site Contest were excellently chosen by cheers: Rainbow flag Scalyx by Cremuex in the Art category, and Spectrum Consort's and Siren's Robes by Rayne in the Clothing Recolor category. It was a difficult judgment call in the Art category, distracted as I was with woefully obtuse entries.
Since you both earned the most Cheers on your entries, you'll each receive 100 Gems - as well as the In the Spotlight Achievement, the Spotlight T-Shirt, and the Spotlight Showcase. The Clothing Recolor winner will also have a staff member reach out to have their items submitted to the site and put up for sale alongside the original clothing.
I’m swimming the winning threads over to the Archived Contest Winners Forum where they belong, while all other entries will be moved to the Past Contest Entries Forum.
I regret to inform you that the September Site Contest will be hosted by Bonnie, featuring a Games Contest and a Writing Contest with a theme of High Scores and Tall Tales. The contest will begin on September 6th - but given how much she's been carrying on with the partying this month, I will be shocked if she manages to show up sober enough to judge anything.
Honestly. You’d think that Marcus was carrying the only brain cell among that entire crew. It’s like he’s the singular calming influence in the cove, and now that he’s increasingly swimming off on all those "investigative dives” into old shipwrecks, that crew has started taking things completely out of proportion.… ugh.
