Event Update: A Specter Beneath the Sea

Marcus! I got your message in a bottle and swam over as quickly as I could – oh, please tell me that someone in the Coral Reef has finally found a lead for us!
My search team has been looking all over the Reef for the past week, and we haven't seen even the slightest glimpse of Specter. The Spectral Kith from Cirque Faerial have reported that they sense her lurking somewhere in this Remnant, but they haven't been able to get any more specific than that, and there are so very many deep and complicated crevices, with such terribly fierce underwater currents…
Oh dear, I almost wish she’d come sailing right up to the beach, like when we met! But given how that ended up… It’s certainly better to maintain the element of surprise. Thank goodness for the protections we now have in place to keep everyone safe from Specter's dreamlike powers. I don't know what we'd do if she retaliated against the Narrator's Final Chapter ruining her control over Scourges and we had to contend with another ghost ship kidnapping!
