New Quests: Sheriff Kestrel

Her Daily Quest and Hourly Quests are now available to those of you who have unlocked Rock Bottom. Please note that it may take an hour or two for new Hourly Quests to appear on your account, while it may take up to a day for the new Daily Quest to appear on your account.
