Why, if the day ain't long! I wasn't expecting to see you, Deputy Ke- ahem, my word, seems I caught a cog in my throat. Well howdy, Sheriff Kestrel! You're looking... well today! Well and truly busy, by the looks of this lot with you... I can't say I've ever seen clothes like that before...
So... what's this about, Sheriff? There some new tailor in town looking for a sewing showdown? Ain't enough Company credits to go 'round for two of us, so I sure as stitches hope you're not here to fire me...
Or, even worse - are you here to see Scraps?! No, no need, I swear! I promise I've had him on strict bed rest since he came back with Miasma Madness, Doc's orders! He's got another week off, signed and submitted, before any authorities can drag him into them misconduct reviews or nothing! Y'wouldn't do that to a sick man, would you?
I know my brother lost a lot of mighty pricy equipment in that flooded tunnel fiasco, but everyone knows he's got more'n enough output to cover the costs, if the Company can just stretch our credit a smidge, honest!
