New Quests: Chadfr- Pandora's Secret?

Oh, for crying out loud! What do you mean, he’s a total no-show?! Do you know what I’ve already gone through to get these Secrets?! I’ve faced overcomplicated death traps! I’ve survived flaming spikes and knives! I’ve endured unkind gossip about my taste in hats!
Sigh… At least Pandora seems to somehow have guessed that this would happen, because they turned in their Secret this morning. So, even though I know that we wanted to save the most anticipated one for last, plans have changed: Pandora’s Secret is available now!
Everyone who has gotten Pandora’s reputation level to Devoted (four hearts) will be receiving a special Unique Quest Line to complete. (Please note that it may take up to an hour for the first quest to appear on your account.)
