Posted on August 07, 2024As you probably know already, it's almost time for this year's Prism Party. The big birthday bash that started as a friendly gift to our rainbow admin has grown into a celebration of all things colorful and monochrome, but now it's expected, you know? After all, the admins see artwork as it's being made. There's no surprise... no new gifts to open...
That's where YOU come in! I've sneakily taken over the August Site Contest to create a new theme: Prism Party Presentations!
This year, you can come up with some fun item descriptions on the Prism Party items and post them in the Writing Contest as official entries - where the winning entries will become the official item descriptions and be presented to the staff during the award ceremonies! It's a win-win, where we get to 'open' up the presents of new contest entries while you get to earn 100 Gems, as well as a special In the Spotlight Achievement and some unique items, the Spotlight Showcase and Spotlight T-Shirt!
Go on, then! The entries start today! I wanna see your funniest, silliest, meme-worthiest descriptions out there! It's a party, so have fun with it!
The contest will end on August 21st at 12:00 (noon) CHT, but Prism Party will be going on for a couple more days afterwards so you have time to pick up your final presents~
And since I'm still on staff, I should remind you to read the Rules and Cheer for your favorites, since your Cheers will decide who wins this contest - staff only vote to break ties!
