Prepare for Code Update on 3/18/24!

Based on the testing we've done this week, we have some new information for you all regarding the major backend code update to come on March 18th 2024 during which the site will be fully offline and unreachable for several hours. This update is just to ensure we can continue to update the site with new software, which is pretty important even if you don't get to see it on your side!

We are increasing the estimated downtime and starting the update at 7:00 AM CHT - please make sure to look at the clock on the sidebar of the site and compare this to your local time zone so you know when to expect the site to be down! The update may take several hours, but we expect to have everything fully online and working again by 1:00 PM CHT.

Due to the nature of this update, any activity on the site around the time of this update may result in some data loss. For this reason, we recommend avoiding any major account changes such as resetting your password or buying gems until after the update is complete. If you encounter any problems due to the update, please contact me via email at diana@tatteredworld.com so I can help resolve any issues as soon as possible.
