Initially, I had thought to spend this time in solitary meditation, reflecting on those whom I have known and lost, but… Reading your words, seeing the positivity you bring with your Ally and your craft, I decided instead to focus my time on those whom I still can cherish. Kosmas, Sophos, and I spent a commemorative evening together, reading and partaking in some small entertainments that Menodora and Timaios enjoyed, and though it was… not the same, it was… It was something. So… Thank you to all who have encouraged me in this respect. In the meantime, I should let you know that the [b]upcoming January Site Contest[/b] will have a theme of [u]I Can Do Better[/u]. We will be continuing under the tutelage of The Scribe, who I am told has made a full recovery, and now wishes to reclaim the Site Contest hosting that was formerly denied her. The categories will be an [b]Avatar Contest[/b], in which you can dress as a creative interpretation of a Tattered World shopkeeper, and a [b]Quest Design Contest[/b], in which you will have the opportunity to pitch your own quest that you wish to be added to Tattered World, by sharing an idea for a type of quest that you think that a shopkeeper might benefit from adding to their request list, as well as the rewards that they might offer in response. Of course, the final presentation may diverge somewhat when it comes to the particulars, and yet… Sometimes, a little guidance can be very welcome. The contest will begin on [b]January 4th[/b].
