Code Update: 8/3/22
Posted on August 03, 2022I have a very exciting update to bring you today, which is the end of shop cooldown timers. That's right, your shopping sprees are now limited only by the Shards in your wallet! The shops will continue to restock on six-minute timers, so you'll have to be speedy to grab those rare items, but you can now buy as many as you can click on rather than having to wait a minute to buy your next item. (Please note that there is still a minimum 1 second cooldown between purchases, just because we need the database to be able to keep up with you quick clickers.) This is a permanent change, not just a promotion, so say goodbye forever to the shop cooldown timer! SEE YA!
This update is in preparation for a future change to shop tabs that will allow us to restock more items in each shop, making it much easier to find what you want around the Tattered World. For example, when we finish the beta test of Gardening and have a lot of seeds to buy from the shops, we intend to also allow everyone to purchase the already-grown ingredients just in case gardening isn't what you want to do with your Kith.
