At long last, we’ve finished working out the multiple-choice feature for items. Now we can hand out the Premium Kith stages, including the Heroic Medallion that was unlocked as a stretch goal on Kickstarter! Backers should receive their Heroic Medallion sometime tonight. When that’s done, the Heroic Medallion and Tattered Shred will be available in the Headmaster’s Office for 1,000 Gems each.
You may have noticed the announcements going out on social media: Open Beta is scheduled for 10/20! Tell your friends!
We’ve also made a bunch of minor improvements through some reorganization and a few bug fixes! Remember to please report any problems to the Technical Support Forum. Your browser version is very helpful information if we have to troubleshoot a problem. I'd also like to ask, as a favor, if you could try to replicate a problem so that I know whether it was a strange one-time little bug or whether it is reoccurring for multiple users; this also helps me to sleuth my way to the source of the problem. The more details, the better!

Fixes & Changes:
Reorganized the Settings page into tabs.
Reordered the Cooking tabs so that Ready is the default tab.
Replaced the Locker tab on the Trades page with an Items tab. Lockers are for keeping away from others!
Reduced the page number count at the top of the Forums so that long threads don’t break the layout.
Added more links to the Gem Shop.
Updated Footer links.
Gwennafran - after editing the first post in a topic, the “Edited At” time changes to whenever the last post in the thread was made rather than the last edit - status: fixed!
stopboorider - sometimes shops are missing 1 common item - status: fixed, we hope!
Investigating:
pop-ups on mobile may appear in odd places on the page when you zoom in/out - status: waiting on CSS mobile layout
BBCode [color] button doesn’t stay applied when using double enters (whenever there is a blank line, the color code stops working) - status: waiting on CSS mobile layout
KNOWN BUGS
Sometimes the Games don't download graphics to your computer properly. We don't know why yet. Close the window, refresh your cache and try opening the game again to fix this problem.
The security questions dropdown has repeat questions, whoops. We've disabled the security questions on the unlock request for the time being, so you should be able to unlock your account without them.
Item names may sometimes stretch the images in your inventory, in shops, etc.
The Restock Shop timer occasionally glitches. (This will be fixed after public launch.)
