Bug Fix: 9/21/16

The User Gallery page is now up and viewable by other users! Show off your collections, however you want to customize them. Maybe you collect one of every single item, no matter how insignificant, or maybe every item with the color red in it, or items with descriptions that make you laugh, or maybe you really want 10,000 Eggs; I won’t judge. You can find the Gallery Title and Description in your Settings page. (The Settings page may see an update in the next month or two as well!)
On a completely different note: Trades now have a Comment section! You can write a short one-time note on your offer in a Trade. This isn’t editable, nor is it a back-and-forth; think of it more like a post-it note attached to your shiny pile of items. Any lengthy Trade discussions should be held over Messages or through the Marketplace Forum. Thank you all very much for the suggestion!
With regards to the Trades, we’ve run into a streak of bad news on the User Stores. Like the Search feature, it’s going to take much longer than we’d hoped. We’re improving the design we have for the long-term, but it’s unlikely that we can finish it before the end of the year, much less before Open Beta in October. The Comment section added to Trades is meant to help mitigate this loss until we can put the Stores in place. I understand this is an inconvenience, and I am making some alternate plans for minor features and events to help mitigate these problems until we can get the Stores up.
Remember to please report any problems to the Technical Support Forum. Your browser version is very helpful information if we have to troubleshoot a problem. I'd also like to ask, as a favor, if you could try to replicate a problem so that I know whether it was a strange one-time little bug or whether it is reoccurring for multiple users; this also helps me to sleuth my way to the source of the problem. The more details, the better!

KNOWN BUGS
Sometimes the Games don't download graphics to your computer properly. We don't know why yet. Close the window, refresh your cache and try opening the game again to fix this problem.
Premium purchases will not be available during closed beta.
The security questions dropdown has repeat questions, whoops. We've disabled the security questions on the unlock request for the time being, so you should be able to unlock your account without them.
Item names may sometimes stretch the images in your inventory, in shops, etc.
The Restock Shop timer occasionally glitches. (This will be fixed after public launch.)
