Posted on July 06, 2020First, we got an Avatar Contest! Put on yer best pirate outfit that uses 10 items or less and join the crew! We're not picky - we'll take on anyone, as long as yer willing to swab the deck on occasion!
And I hope ya were gargling plenty o' grog to tune up those singing pipes, because our next category is a sea shanty Writing Contest! In true pirate spirit, there ain't any fussy regulations about the theme: it's free-form style, any length, and hey, ya don't even need to rhyme!
I'm looking forward to belting out a few o' yer ocean tunes! Unlike what certain merfolk have to say, I'm known for having a pretty fine voice myself! Why, I've only killed a couple o' seagulls by hitting my high notes, and really, that's a selling point, because I stuck 'em straight in my barrel. Free lunch!
The entries start today! The contest is gonna end on July 19th at 12:00 (noon) CHT - and the winner o' each category is gonna receive 100 Gems, as well as a special In the Spotlight Achievement and some unique items, the Spotlight Showcase and Spotlight T-Shirt!
Winners get chosen based on the number o' Cheers that their entry receives. And don't forget to read the Rules!
