Bug Fix: 6/28/16

A major update to the Quest Log page has arrived! As some of you may have noticed, we changed the organization to make it a little clearer. Quests are now sorted into an Active tab, which has all of your in-progress quests grouped together, and by type: Hourly, Daily, and Story. As the name suggests, Hourly and Daily quests are repeatable quests that refresh every hour/day. Story quests, on the other hand, are unique and can only be completed or rejected once!
The auto-restock timer was causing strange bugs, so we have found a replacement code that creates a Restock button instead. Now you should be able to have tabs open in as many places as you want without worrying about weird timer issues!
We’ve also modified the Kith names so that there is now a 15 character limit on names. I understand that this is a bit restricting - sorry xxSasukeUchiha1994xx - but it should help prevent some bugs we were noticing on the alpha servers from infecting our beta servers.
You may notice that all confirmation buttons now show “Processing…” after you click on them and before the request has finished processing. This should fix all the bugs that were occurring because of accidental double-clicks!
Just in case it doesn’t, however, we’ve added a simple error page! Iris is as sorry as we are that the site breaks sometimes! :C
As has been requested by multiple users, we’ve vastly increased the character limit on Forum titles! (thanks superbearwars!) We’ve also added Help tabs to the shop pages as well.
Finally, I have a question to ask our users: currently, we have a security check in place that prevents a user from being logged in from multiple locations. This is meant to help prevent two people from trying to play on the same account at the same time - which causes the data to stop updating from one person - or to alert you if someone else logs into your account. However, some users have pointed out that they like having multiple logins across multiple devices - computer, tablet, mobile - so we are considering whether or not to disable this security feature. Please tell us what you think in the comments!
Remember to please report any problems to the Technical Support Forum. Your browser version is very helpful information if we have to troubleshoot a problem. I'd also like to ask, as a favor, if you could try to replicate a problem so that I know whether it was a strange one-time little bug or whether it is reoccurring for multiple users; this also helps me to sleuth my way to the source of the problem. The more details, the better!

pop-ups on mobile may appear in odd places on the page when you zoom in/out - status: waiting on CSS mobile layout
previewing an edited forum reply only shows original post, not edited post - status: problem known, solution on hold
multiple users - connectivity issues with the games - status: waiting on error message feedback
gwennafran - no “quit” button on fullscreen games to return to browser - status: designing update
KNOWN BUGS
Usernames are all forced into lowercase. That will be changed during the closed beta, so you will be able to edit your username later if you want uppercase letters!
Hoof It is temporarily down for changes. We are making the dances quicker and more fun to play!
Quests are temporarily disabled, except for Piper's hourly quests, one daily quest per character, and "The Whole Kith And Caboodle" quest from Iris. I aim to add new hourly quests every day until all characters have quests available, but bug-catching will be prioritized over this.
1 minute cooldown between Forum posts is off.
Kith profile widgets (Diet, Toybox, and Knowledge) are not paginating correctly.
The user profile links to Kith Catalog, Gallery, etc. are not in place yet. Coming soon~
Premium purchases will not be available during closed beta.
The security questions dropdown has repeat questions, whoops. We've disabled the security questions on the unlock request for the time being, so you should be able to unlock your account without them.
Item names may sometimes stretch the images in your inventory, in shops, etc.
