Wow, this stuff is so cool! I've never had any classes on classical litterature (after Homer, that is), so I only know what I've gleaned from the internet. I'd actually love to hear that lecture too! If you had it as a video lecture somewhere, I'd watch it! Or I'd read it if there was a text form of it. I don't know any bad vampire lit though, as I have tried to steer away from it :P
