I'm late to the chat but I thought I would revive! There are plenty of things I enjoy doing to relax, but it depends on my specific needs at the time. If I am really, really exhausted, a warm bath with all the fixings, candles and music can help. Equally so, a good book, hot tea and a good night of sleep or nap helps. After work I often make a dash straight for my pet rabbits. Just touching their soft fur and plush ears chill me out. I enjoy going on walks, or just getting lost in a video game. Sometimes an evening on the couch vegging out with my husband really puts me in a better place.
