Smectite is a member of the portion of the Heart of the Forest who have taken it upon themselves to fight as a team against the invading snarls. While she may look terrifying, and will give an attacking snarl a what for to protect her friends, she is the most gentle of the team. If anything, she would love to find a way to calm the snarls, if not befriend them find a way for them to be at peace. But for now, she will have to make do with keeping her friends and family safe.
