Description
Plume is a very clumsy and slightly airhead Phowl that thinks he is about one-fifth the size that he actually is which is a little over 3ft. He is often found following around his ally and close friend Whitefire, however for whatever reason he only refers to him by X.
While Plume is clumsy he is also very protective and has a HUGE thirst for learning things about Hope.
