Valre is an anagram of the word ravel. I chose ravel for this name and the last name of my TW OC because it means basically to become unwoven, and fray, and such, which I felt like this meaning really fit the tattered theme. And it also has the obsolete definition, to become entangled or confused which I think kind of fits the tattered weave as well. Plus I thought it was cool that ravel and unravel basically have the same meaning, but since unravel is used more often and more well known you would think that ravel was the opposite of unravel. But really ravel existed first and somehow for some reason people started using unravel instead to mean the same thing as ravel even though unravel is technically a double negative. I love words and wordplay.
