just started a corn.... dish.
Thing.
Mustard greens + cornmeal + corn kernels + egg + leftover soup stock + cheese, baked.
With cayenne pepper on top.
We'll see how it goes.

I discovered the glorious combination that is apple with cookie butter. Spekuloos is spiced just right to temper the tartness of the Granny Smith.
