Buy (or previously possess) the base stockings alongside the dye or dyes you want to change the colour to: Example: I had blue-and-black stockings and I wanted blue-and-white stockings. I sent the white dye and requested the replacement of black with white. If I wanted blue-and-white and had brown-and-white stockings, I'd have to send a blue dye instead. If I supplied, uh, red-and-yellow stockings, I'd send over two dyes, one of blue and one of white.

I don't think you'd need to offer the bleach. I was just 'teasing' that because I was asking for clothing to become white where it once was black. All you'd need would be the dyes and the stockings. :)
