Shop timer

I noticed recently that when I buy an item, it no longer makes me wait a minute before making another purchase. This isn't a complaint per say, because It takes a lot of stress off when I have a lot of quest items to buy.

I was mostly wondering if this was a new feature that I missed an update about or a bug.
