I know you have to do quests, but that's about all I know. Please help :)

Every 25 quests you complete, your reputation level with a NPC will increase. It goes Friendly, Helpful, and then Devoted! Every day your reputation goes down by 1, so it's good to do dailies and at least one quest a day to keep it up.
