For right stats, its primarily just items- one tip for that though is cooked foods rewards more points than noncooked, so it's helpful to invest in the kitchen for kith raising! The new daily bonding can now raise one point of your choice, and you can set kith activities to raise a point as well. If you are into battling, the last two stages of snarls reward kith a few kith coins which can be used to add to any kith ability score, but this really depends on if you enjoy battling and it is only at the higher stages.
