Accomplished PersonalitY Diploma?

so... i just got a notification that Lux has "maximized all twelve other personalities" and received the diploma of accomplished personalitY. but Lux has been locked in for cheerful for months now. does the site still track personalitY "changes" after the personalitY of a kith is locked in? is this a bug?

The site does keep tracking them, and this isn't a bug - the first one that hits 100 points is the one that gets locked in, but the others raise, and at 100 in every personality is when you get the option to make them Accomplished. (Accomplished is a special personality that can only be gotten this way!)
