By forum, I mean individual posts. While subscribing to the entire forum is great, some people, like for role-play and such, only need one thread in the whole bunch.

Yes this! There is a subscribing button is there, it doesn't appear to work. I've subscribed to a few now and I get no pings, so I second this and hope that the forum subscription button works!

I was just wondering why the subscribe button doesn't seem to be doing anything. Maybe it's something still being worked on? I'd like to know when there are new posts in threads I've subscribed to. It's kind of difficult to hunt down the places where I've posted to see if anyone has replied.
