Tod grumbles loudly and plays with the string, but he doesn't look happy about it. Hopefully getting away from the river and catnip will help him calm down.

Mocha realizes she almost left her jacket soaking in a puddle. She puts the cat on her head, quickly walks back, and grabs her labcoatjackething. She ties it around her waist. She decides to leave the big cat on her head. Cats have good vision, after all. ...does that include cats who are high?

Oh Mocha's holding Emilia's hand now? Okay then. This is happening, she guesses. It's been awhile since someone held her hand. Emilia's not complaining though. Or well, she was until Mocha left to go get her labcoatjacketthing.

Mocha holds Emilia's hand once again, and gives her a big ol gay smile. She walks down the river, heading towards on the shiny buildings, past that weird forest.
"So uh, what were you guys doing when you arrived here? I was just picking mint. Candy with natural flavoring is the bomb."

Kainz swings her hammer once casually. "I'm a blacksmith," she says. "I make weapons and armor for people who can afford it. I'll probably have to redo what I started due to all this bullshit."

Mocha freezes suddenly, feeling that glitchy feeling once again. She then feels her face shoved into dirt. She sits up, scooping the kitty back up, as he had fallen when she had teleported. Mocha looks around.

Kainz couldn't quite register which way was up. She felt her head spin, felt her heat flare, felt her hammer be torn from her grip - and then she landed on something, somewhere, and very confused.

Emilia's smiling as she listens to the conversation is washed away by an off-putting, uncomfortably familiar feeling. She quickly shuts her eyes as the world and folks around her glitch out.
She comes to on what feels like something soft, like fabric. The smell of mint and catnip is gone. She very, very slowly opens her eyes, and blinks a few times. It seems like she's on someone's bed. She stays lying down for now as she takes in the surroundings. Getting up takes effort anyway.
