Aiden was laying under a tree, trying to read his favorite book. He looked up and saw a hooded figure wandering near the castle. He thought about approaching the person, but decided not to and went back to his book.

Noticing a... a boy under a tree, Laurel pulled her hood up higher. Unfortunately, the wind knocked it back off, revealing her face for a minute before she could pull it back up. Hair in her eyes, she ran.

Patty happened to be taking a break from her Dad's science class when a running girl {Laurel} crashed into her, "Hey! watch where your going!" Patty glared at Laurel with all her pent up anger when suddenly it looked like all the air just rushed out of her body, "Sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude..."

Laurel's hood flew off and she pulled off her crown, but not before Patty could see it. "Uhhhhhhh...."

Aiden gets up and starts walking home, then he spots two girls, one glaring at the other, he watches from behind a tree. He sees the girl with the hood. No way! The princess, that’s impossible, he rubbed his eyes, but no it was her, he thought he was crazy.

Sky, wearing her roller blades, raced down the hills of the streets. It was relatively empty this time of day. She allowed her wings to relax letting her gain more speed. Traveling by wings was faster, but traveling by roller blades was more fun with less obstacles to avoid. She took a wide turn left towards the Floris Plaza Restaurant she worked at. In an hour would be rush hour, and the place would super busy. This also meant lots of tips for her.

Aiden decided not to stick around, so he walked home, at least his dog Piper didn’t expect anything out of him, he went to his room, and starting reading a book Piper.

Laurel, knowing Aiden had seen her, quickly followed. "Don't. Tell. Anyone." she hissed through his window.

Aiden fell off his bed in shock, Piper, not bring the guard dog she should be, went to the window to lick Laurel. Finally he got his bearings. “What the heck are you doing here?!” he whispered back

Laurel patted Piper's head and hauled herself up through the window. "Avoiding my parents. Escaping my life. You?"
