Need them for the event quest but not really sure where TO get them since the item blurb only lists it as "Special Clothing" with no store specified or if I even could without having any other remnants unlocked besides Hope.

They've got a pretty high average cost (for me anyway) of 3,100s but I have enough atm to match that if anyone has a spare

These are actually a quest item from Iris' When the Cookie Crumbles quest- they have also been added to the event dailies though, so if you don't find a seller sooner do those of the next few days and what you need has a good chance of popping up there!

I don't have any spare, but just so you know, they're obtained through an Hourly Quest from Iris (The Way a Cookie Crumbles). They're also a reward from one of the Event Dailies, though it might not give the item you're looking for first time.

Ah, thank you both!

I'll keep an eye on Iris's quest then. I'll leave this up in case anyone is interested in selling (not sure if that price is good or not since there aren't any on the marketplace atm but we'll see I suppose)
