Trying to get Gems

I know this one likely won't get far with most, but I am struggling out here. I am trying to get gems, and, if you couldn't tell, I'm new to the game. If anybody has some spare gems that they might be willing to give away or trade for whatever little I can offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello there! A few helpful tips! Make sure you do the Headmaster Daily quest everyday to get a free gem! also if you sell items in the Marketplace you can sell things for gems! 1 Gem usually exchanges for 400 shards, so if there's an item for that price or more you could change gems, but the amount that you change of course is completely up to you!! Hope this helps a little bit!
