Newt Flute

I was just in Starboard Engineer, and I noticed that the bottom half of the Newt Flute's picture is all glitched out...however, if I click on it, the icon in the description is fine. It's the same way in my sales, and it looks fine from the Wishlist.

It looks okay on my computer!

I wonder if its an issue of just, needing a refresh? If it's still displaying that way consistently for you, it might be good to list out like, what your resolution is and what kind of browser you're using and all that sort of stuff!

Clearing your cache may also manage to fix it, since it may have just cached the image incorrectly and need a redownload.

Yeah, as the others have said, try refreshing and see if that fixes the problem! :)

It's still messed up, even though I've tried refreshing, logging out and back in, etc. I did try it out on Chrome instead of Safari and it looks normal there, so maybe it's the browser?

I use Safari and the image works fine for me,
Edit: Wow I literally typed the exact wrong browser in this post. Oops.

I'm not very tech savvy, but this sounds like maybe Safari has the image cached funny, so switching to Chrome fixed it because Chrome didn't already have that image cached -- I checked it in Safari and it looks fine there to me, so clearing your cache might clear it up?

Hey there [@Sparkleswords]!
Refreshing and clearing your cache are slightly different things! Your PC stores certain data on it for ease and speed of loading of web pages.
While I don't use Safari myself I did look up the quick directions on how you should be able to clear it!
This sounds like it also will clear your cookies along with your cache so prepared to lose any stores passwords on websites that you have 'remember me' selected on'.
I think if you have one of the newer versions of safari there are some deeper hidden options to just delete your cache rather then your cache and cookies, but its a few more steps involved. I'll link a site with some images that can help walk you through that if you'd rather try and take those steps instead. Let me know how it goes!
