Odd Dressing Room Thing

So, I was just playing around in the Dressing Room, and accidentally clicked on an item twice. I knew that you could wear multiples of the same item, but I noticed that it is now allowing me to add multiples over the amount of slots I am supposed to have (11). It used to stop me with a pop-up saying I had run out of slots. Furthermore, if I take those multiples off, the extra, now empty slots remain, and I can now add different clothing to them.
I don't think it was doing this before the code update to the Dressing Room yesterday, but I am not 100% sure, since I haven't changed my outfit in a few days.

Is it expanding the amount of slots you have? I just went into the dressing room to see what you meant, and instead of expanding slots when I add extra items its kicking whatever the farthest down item is off my avatar- it definitely wasn't doing this before the update, and there was no popup at all as well.

Nothing gets kicked off as I add it, it looks like this:
![]()
But if I save it, it does kick the bottom stuff off and doesn't show those items on the dressing room avatar, but all items display on the header and forum avatars:
![]()
![]()
ETA: When I went back to edit my avatar and deleted all the extra stuff, I had to re-apply the items that got kicked off the bottom slots in the second screenshot of the dressing room.
Also, I just realized that when I went to take those screenshots, I didn't have to apply multiples of an item to get the extra slots to show up, as I described in my first post. I was able to just add whatever I wanted and it didn't stop me with the pop-up.

Weird- I just went in again and it did the exact same thing you just described rather than kicking stuff off like I saw before, so it doesn't seem to be completely consistent with how its being weird, at least on my end (in case this is needed I'm using the most up-to-date google chrome on a mac). Hopefully its not too difficult of a fix ;_;

This should be fixed now! Thank you so much for pointing that out!

I seem to still be having this issue. If I click on an item I'm already wearing when my slots are full, a new slot is added. I can then remove that item and use the new slot for something else. I used this method to put on 4 more items than I should be able to and saved. When I look at the dressing room now 3 of the items are gone and one is still there in an extra slot (I'm wearing 11 things but should only have 10 slots). The image in the sidebar and my avatar on the forums are showing all the extra items, including ones not shown in the dressing room. I already tried clearing my cache and I'm using chrome on an android phone.

Popped this out of solved just because the issue seems to be still going on for some people, though it's not happening for me anymore.
[@mokalynn] Have you tried again recently? in case it was just a delay of the update applying to your account?

Huh... it's very hard for me to replicate the problem while testing. It seems to only occur for me if the account hasn't Saved in the Dressing Room since the bug fix went up... which is still a problem. I'll keep looking. Thanks!

[@stopboorider] I just cleared my cache again and saved my avatar with only 10 items, then tried putting on clothes I was already wearing. The new clothes appeared in new slots, and then I removed the extra items and put other items in those slots and saved. If I go to the dressing room it shows I have 11 items equipped and in the sidebar thing it shows all the extra items I put on.

This picture shows the items I have equipped. Sorry it's cut off! That's all that would fit on my screen but it does show all 11 items. I should only have the 10 default slots.
This picture shows what I see in the dressing room as my saved avatar.
And this is what I see when I look at my avatar on other pages. Notice the second set of gloves under the fingerless ones, the messenger bag, the necklace, and the stud earrings for a total of 15 items. I could probably put on more if I tried.
