Hermithog Charm Use Window Not Opening

Hello, I am new to Tattered Weave and I am really enjoying the environment so far !
The only issue I have encountered is that I can't seem to use my Hermithog Charm. The "use" window isn't popping up, and I have tried to disable pop up blockers & use different web browsers.
I'm not sure if I'm overlooking something, but I've been avoiding doing too much in fear that I would get kith bonuses prior to owning one.
Any help would be appreciated :)

What I believe you do is go to Iris in the Tatters where you meet Kith, and select the Hermithog, and if you have the charm then it takes it and you get the hermithog.... ?

Hm, that's curious. I just looked at it and indeed it seems to be locked up. Give me a moment to try something on the back end. I may have to end up activating it by hand for you.

Oki doki! I have gotten your token used, can you go ahead and make your hermithog and tell me how that goes? Just head over to the premium kith area at the tatters!

Okay good, you managed to wrangle a Hog out of the tatters okay! We are looking further into what caused this hang up to make sure it doesn't happen again, but in the meanwhile let me gift to you a Bug Catching Net, some Buggy Tri-color Stockings, and a small care package of 10k shards for all this kerfuffle you have gone through! Let me extend an apology on behalf of the whole Tattered team that this happened. I'm very sorry there was such a problem in getting you your Kith.
