Daily Login Reward System Broken?

I'm using Google Chrome on a Windows 10 desktop computer.
Almost everY time I navigate to a new page on the site, I receive the Daily Login Bonus pop-up. It's been cYcling through each of the rewards, and placing them in mY inventorY. I've left them unused for now.
Unless the site was tracking consecutive login daYs alreadY and is just retroactivelY handing them out, this seems like a major error. I didn't see anYthing in the announcement post about this.

I'm on a Chromebook, and the same thing's happening. Good grief...
Edit: Also, I mistakenly used some of the items I received before realizing it was probably a glitch. I'm admittedly not the brightest fella you'll ever meet...
