Passive increased stats

My newest third kith, Bob, was made with 1 guard. After playing memory, he has 1 speed and 1 reasoning. I'm pretty sure I gained nothing when I had my gemwing or my first kith. Is there a reason for this? Has anyone else noticed?
Edited: I figured out it has to do with completing hard mode on memory. Is this supposed to happen?

Try switching back to your other Kith and see if the problem persists. It might simply be that I've been fixing a few problems with the HTML5 games and they are now starting to work for you! Games are the only way to increase Speed, Power, and Guard at the moment. :)

Yup it's doing it on my other Kith now! 1 Speed, 1 guard and 6 reasoning (originally had 5 from a book).

Editing doesn't work for me anymore, so here's an update: my other kith does not gain any stats when I play Memory but my other kiths did.
