Dedicated shelves in shops not updating

Hi - I hope you can help me.
My dedicated shelf and recipe / materials tab at the general store and the tailoring store in Hope seem to be stuck. They don't update when the new items roll out, and clicking on the items shown does nothing.
What's my best move here?

Is this happening on all browsers/devices or just one? I'd also try clearing your browser cache and reloading the site, to see if that helps.
