YES! I loved that movie, I haven't laughed that much in a movie in forever. It was so good. I told my friend who wants to go see it, I wouldn't mind going with him cause I would love to see it again.

Gosh. It's gonna come out tomorrow on Blu-ray and I cannot wait. I don't think i could've been more pleased with it.

Admittedly, I was one of those a little afraid when the cast was announced, not because was all women, but because I was afraid they'd make it more about HEY ITS WOMEN NOT MEN and not about ghost busting. They didn't. It was the perfect amount of Ghost Busting and slight nods at all the people who looked down on them because women. I appreciated that so much.

I actually haven't seen the movie because I'm not really big on movies (esp live action) but I hear it's wonderful!!

Loved it- loved the originals as a kid, love this new cast too. Can't wait to get it on DVD and see it again!
I thought the tone was very true to the old ones, a good mix of humour and action.

It WAS extremely true to the old one, including tone. I was so afraid that'd be lost, but it stayed just. //clenches fist. So true.

That being said, if you get it and look at getting the extended edition, make sure you get the one that ALSO has the regular edition as well. I enjoy the extra scenes, but I think the movie flowed so much better without them. The theatre cut was the best cut, but the extra scenes are still great.

I see so many people saying they love it, it is weird to me to have being so hated

The ones that hated it either disliked for things that were present in the original (some of whom didn't like original Ghostbusters and some who look back on the originals with rose tinted glasses) OR they hated it because all the main characters were "womz."

Kate McKinnon *w* yeeees. I loved that movie so much!! All those ladies are fantastic and I feel it paid amazing tribute the the original. Bustin makes me feel good <3

I loved it. I had some reservations going in because I am so Not Down with remakes of great, iconic movies of the 80's, but I left the theatre thrilled.
