Well! You found the... one thread for it. That first post on here is about all we have.
The secret level to Hoof It was called "ultra memory mode" in the suggestions. It's where you play Hoof It like normal, except Seeba only shows you the NEXT move, and you have to remember the rest of the dance yourself.

I thought that meant that there was already a secret level in the game "memory" that everyone here knew about and that led you to believe there might also be one in hoof it :D
(I could imagine one were you need to match kith just by the kind, across different stages for example... That'd be nice.)

Halfway expecting someone to accidentally find it, and then post about a bug in the game in the Technical Support forums....
