i was having a nightmare and i started panicking so i went to my parents room and like did the whole "mommy i'm scared" and she hugged me and i was still scared
and i realized that if there's anything out there, adults couldn't help me by virtue of being adults + we were all on our own
OR there was this time where i wanted to explore an old graveyard but i knew my parents wouldn't be up for it and i was too young to drive so i just told them i was going for a walk and. went
i came back hours later and they were freaking out lmao but it felt good to know that i could do what i wanted

That is weird to me, too. Also there could be kids whose Neopets are older than they are.

That's actually legit awful.
It sounds really silly coming from an internet stranger, but I'm glad you're doing well.
