Hm, I'm a fairly lazy ally and have generally left my kith the hard work of picking up shards / collecting random items. ^^; This has made me think about being more intentional with their activities, though. I think I'll have Hiwn, the youngest/ most impulsive do the random-item collecting while gallivanting through various remnants. Rho and Midnight, who are more mature/ accomplished, can handle the trips to the bank and earning the trust of shopkeepers.

While both Citrine and Lapis enjoy picking up shards, I don't trust Lapis to buy items from shopkeepers or to help them. I'm afraid in both cases he tends to be more trouble than helpful. He loves exploring the With- Tatters and finding items he thinks would be good for pranks though! Since Citrine is more mature/genuinely loves helping others, I leave tasks involving shopkeepers to him instead. He's great at it, but Shazz's drawing earlier in this thread illustrates my subconscious fear ^^; (And that was when he was still Stage 2! I hate to imagine how Andre would react now T^T Good news is I haven't had to send Citrine to Andre since his transformation; I'm glad Othidar is more composed)
