The amount you've been shipping people, that sounds accurate haha. I've sat in on teacher lunches a few times and was amazed at how much student-relationship-gossip went on.

Because it's CUTE I know, Rue will be the university nurse. She gets all the hot gossip that way and gives the Headmaster love advice. LOVE ADVICE FOR EVERYONE

Dunno why I'm so late, because this is my JAM, since from day one I had fully self inserted myself into the world of TW and haven't come out since. //taps mic Ahem. My TW version of Boo Rider, a (auto?)biography: Boo grew up in a not so great home. Due to the pressures of the tatters and his family being near them, when issues arose, home life just got worse simply out of stress. He ran away at an early age, getting high marks on his exams to get into Hope University, and quickly got settled into dorm life. Except, Nic wasn't convinced that he was doing as fine as he let on, so he convinced him to go visit Mrs. Aino for counselling, where Boo started hanging out with a certain other boy the same age as him. This was a good decision, as it helped Boo stop being a workaholic recluse, and he started to chat up numerous other students as well as make plenty of new friends. He soon became well known for: 1. Being extremely flirty 2. Doing whatever he can to cheer up others, even at the cost of his pride 3. His constant artistic pursuits. 4. No shoes. [i]ever[/i]. And then the kith arrived. Boo didn't really go to meet up with a kith, simply found one hiding in his extremely messy room after a week. It was a blue ferrec who reminded him of clouds, so he named it Alto and they quickly became buddies. Alto constantly was found around Boo's neck, across his shoulders. The lessons he learned from trying to take care of Alto and learning through trial and error helped him grow a lot over the last year, and he was eventually noticed by the staff of Hope. He does a lot of work for the school now, between helping students out, official projects, and just trying to be around for anyone who needs him. Given how chill Hope is about neurodivergence and difference in general, we'd imagine they're quite open about being more-than-one. They all, like out here, respond to the name "Otter", but it's a shared/group name more than anything else - they've each got their own names, but it's probably something they don't expect most people to remember. Hence, the group name. They're students at the University, studying psychology and a smattering of other topics, and they live at the Discord Dorm where they can sometimes be found underneath a stack of books on mental health. They help Jay out at the General Store by cleaning up after vagrant Kith and assisting with restocks, and sometimes they buy up some extra stock and take it back to the dorms to resell to students who want the convenience of not dealing with the chaos at the General Store. They do a lot of cooking themselves, and will more than likely give you a food if you stand around looking hungry for long enough. With the discovery of the Enchanted Forest, they've been spending their weekends over there studying various forms of magic. Their main focus is illusion magic, since it would give each of them a chance to finally be seen as they are. They started by making their consensus appearance (this account's avatar), a look that's all of them and none of them - just a little illusion on the eyes to make them dryad-like, with the eventual addition of a trenchcoat and [url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/245805640423833612/415036408777015296/tw_otters.jpg]a swarm of otters[/url] as a joke, and occasionally wings and other bits and bobs according to boredom. They've recently mastered it enough to do full-body spells for several members, and their current efforts are split between learning how to bind complex spells to objects (so they can switch between appearances quickly and without having to recast them each time) and learning how to use illusion magic to make their voices sound like their internal ones. Simultaneously loves and hates novelty - he loves meeting new people on his own time and flits from interest to interest, but is quick to catastrophize and is prone to freaking out at disruptions to his safe, sane world. [s]Has heart eyes for Jay[/s] Jay could kill him and he'd thank her. Tries to regularly bring Iris extra toys and treats for her solitary Kith. Once threw a watermelon at Lenta. It was well-meant, he swears. Probably not a fairy. Probably. This includes preventing the other Otters from staying up until four in the morning reading, setting rules [i]against[/i] working twelve hours a day, and cooking food so that everyone actually eats a damn meal instead of five tiny cakes and a can of soda. Again. His/her interests include machines, water magic, cooking, and practical skills. She handles much of the physical work of the Otter's little resale business. Cooking is by far his favorite hobby, and it means that everyone, inside and out, will always get something to eat while he's around. She's always interested in new recipes to try and new foods to taste. Sometimes he stops by Othidar's on their weekend trips to the Forest to talk about herbs and Forest cuisine. She can be rather intimidating, but generally speaking, her glare is worse than both her bark and her bite. There are a few more Otters who tend not to interact with people outside as often, but who still help out with various tasks throughout the day. TW!Hyperion is a 20-something student, conducting independent research of magic at the university. He started out with ice magic, and has become quite good with it. He hopes to one day master all the elemental magics, but that's probably going to take a while. Some other things: -A few months ago he discovered that he was some sort of elemental being of light. He's still trying to figure all that out. (I have a story about this if I can stop procrastinating and work on it) -Sort of shy and anxious, often preferring just to just hang out with his kith and read a good book. He does enjoy helping others when he can. -Very inquisitive about the Tatters and other remnants, and likes learning about the world before the Cataclysm. -A little obsessed with dressing up in blue, his favorite color, but he is trying to branch out some. -Of the shopkeepers, he is the most fond of Lenta, who he visits often to help out, though he worries that they work too hard sometimes. Other faves are Dollmaker, Witch, Miranda, and Dione. -His kith are named after references to Pre-Cataclysm culture and mythology that he somehow knows about. Most of his allies are a little odd in one way or another.

Adhari is a prankster, doesn't technically go to the school but hangs out here anyway, and really hates rules. Pure chaotic neutral, I guess. Her signature sign is her eyepatch, and if she's not dressed up she has long red hair.
