So as I play on this site and learn more about the remnants and such, I like to consider my avatar a person within the setting. And I know I'm not the only one who does this, since there's even a roleplay forum dedicated for you to play in that space!
I was curious about everyone's "character" within Tattered Weave.For example, my avatar seems a cold and intimidating beauty but is actually extremely socially anxious and shy. Allying with her kith has been a great comfort for her, even if they don't help the whole "scary delinquent" image. She doesn't smile or talk much, but she's very invested in helping people. (edit one year later: this is def no longer the backstory, lol)
So tell me about YOUR character. Are they a student at Hope? Someone from another Remnant, maybe? I wanna know!

A bunch of TW people on the Discord server like to joke about the discord being a separate dorm from the main Hope Campus Dorm, and so my TW self (being a mod in the Discord) is an RA for that dorm!
They tend to try and keep the younger students in line, and keep the dorm running as smoothly as possible! (A tough task, considering the Discord Dorm's antics....)
They've also taken on a sort of ambassadorial role now that new remnants are becoming accessible - checking in with the NPCs, trying to establish good contact and relations between the remnants.
(They also spend perhaps a bit too much time in Othidar's kitchen. N-no reason. Eyes emoji.)

elfy? who's that? no, i am THE MOON, of THE SHADOW STAGE!! no i haven't done my homework i was busy wooing the wolf
also somewhere in the bg i'm chasing piper with a hammer. that's how i see fit to describe my new role on staff.

I'm... usually... some percentage of human thing with buttons for eyes. Maybe formally human, maybe not, tells something different any time anyone asks. Maybe they're some kind of horrifying doll person brought to life with Really Freaky Magicks! Maybe they're an eldritch creature given human form! Maybe they're a pawn of some higher power who uses them to interact with the remnants and those who reside in them! whichever one is true, they have no intention of doing anything but letting the rumors circulate.
They're human right now due to some RP shennanigains but the RP's moving kiiinda slowly and I don't know if it can be got going again soo...
Oh there's also 13/not14/Friend, some... thing who is a 100% normal student and definitely not a bizarre and unnerving shadow creature pretending to be me but they kinda just exist in said RP.
