There is a secret premium item that will allow you to earn 50 shards per any post, even in offsite forums. It also waves the timer, so you can post within the minute cool down and still get 50 more shards.
... The price is a bit steep though. (I think it's at least 85% of your souls, maybe more. Haven't checked the marketplace recently.)
