I think I have given up that quest every time so far. I don't want to miss out on the admirable allies quests nic gives, just because the stupid stuff doesn't stock... Also, it's usually expensive items, so I'm kind of afraid it might not even be worth it... He might just give out random stuff I don't need... Can someone tell me what the possible rewards of that quest are?

Oh, it's about 3000-4500 shards, which is neat when the items sell in shops for 1200-2000ish. Really good payout, especially if you earn those items through quests for practically free instead of actually buying them. (I think Andre's cleaning quest when you're giving him lots of supplies, Robin's gift for Kei quest, and Iris's colour wonder can all turn out rare clothing items that Nic wants later.)

Yeah, Fashion Forward is one of the few quests I actually hang onto, as long as it takes to complete. Gotta get those shards.

Since I have everyone at devoted, it's easier to hang onto the more rewarding quests for longer. I've also been stocking up on bloody bandages, which is killing my wallet now but hopefully........ maybe money later? QuQ

SAME, I dump most quests if I don't have the stuff for them on hand, but I'll hold onto quests that even out to 1k shards or more after item cost (Nic's fashion quest, Lycus' pan quest, any of the Shopkeepers Asking For Cooked Food quests) for weeks if I gotta!! though Nic's are especially hard to get; a lot of times I end up dragging myself into the marketplace to ask if anyone has fist bandages or sunglasses lying around that I can buy. I've been really bad about checking the Marketplace forum, but I have roughly 90% of the clothing items Nic asks for, and that quest is definitely worth doing. If you're having trouble finding something for him, shoot me a mail!
