I know that during closed beta, there will be no selling of gems. However, I was wondering if it would be released in open beta? Should it be opened in beta?

My concern is how the payments will work out. As someone who had been a guinea pig for another pet site who's payment system was down for quite a few days until the issue was resolved, I'm worried that if its not tested in open beta, it might not work correctly.
