Oh man, what a good thread. I have A LOT of faves, so I'll try to narrow it down. For starters and some non-customs, I really love the [b][item]prism shimmerfin circlet[/item][/b] and [b][item]spectrum shimmerscale circlet[/item][/b] items- really the entire shimmer sets are so good. But the circlets in particular are just the right size and work well with a bunch of hairs which is super nice! Speaking of non-customs I love the [b][item]gold unwilting laurels[/item][/b] and any of the scars from the golden colosseum, like the [b][item]scarred arms[/item][/b] item. GC is honestly just...very my aesthetic in general, it's hard for me to limit. Actually one more, the [b][item]torch leather waist guard[/item][/b], I love to use this one too. Ok going to focus on customs for the rest of this- I usually use the two same hairs most of the time nowadays- the [b][item]gray casual pixiebob[/item][/b] by Shazzbaa and the [b][item]gray messy bun[/item][/b] by Ruevian- they are both so good, and look great layered together! Plus the [b][item]opal inspired braided hair[/item][/b] I tend to wear, I feel like I've found the best style that fits my tw character! The [b][item]Forest Rose Pinup Warlock Armor[/item][/b] by Shazzbaa and the [b][item]Forest Rose Thorny Rose Collar[/item][/b] by MagpieM are great together, and I love pairing them with some of my other favorite rose items. And finally, this feels a little weird being one of my items but it is one of the items I use the most, but my [b][item]small angelic wings selection[/item][/b] hit my need for a smaller set of wings that work well for layering, and don't obscure a lot of the really cool background items!

Trying to narrow down to just a few items is hard, there's just so many good items. Though I think I'll focus more on some smaller items. [b][item]Large Wireframes[/item][/b] Listen, big glasses are good glasses. Also, by layering the eyes above the glasses, you still get the effect of the avatar wearing glasses, but without obscuring the eyes. Or you could move the eyes underneath, add another layer of the glasses, and you kinda get the "anime glass-sparkle of ideas" effect. [b][item]Original Freckles[/item][/b] These really help adding just a little extra detail to the face. Also, they pair up well with the anime blush Gloria mentioned (I tend to layer it up with the [b][item]Pink Anime Blush[/item][/b] recolour, but extra blush is also very good) [b][item]Charm Warrior's Aura[/item][/b] Really, any of the Warrior's Aura are good. They do need some additional layers of to make them visible, but they add just a little sparkle around the avatar (though the lighter colours tend to work better with darker backgrounds and vice versa, just fyi!). I... tend to use several layers of them in a variety of colours just to fill up the slots I have left ">-> [b][item]Hyacinth Choker[/item][/b] Again, any colours of it is neat. They add something to the neck area if the rest of the outfit doesn't cover it up, and it can just subtly add something if you struggle to finish up. [b][item]Tinted Illegal Pants[/item][/b] With this, you can more easilly make most items covering the legs into pants (though you most likely need to also use a background that covers around the avatar). You'll no longer be bound by what is or isn't pants - anything can be pants if you layer it right! [b][item]Gold Adventurer Necklace[/item][/b] Similarly to the Choker, the Adventurer Necklace is a neat go-to whenever I need something more in the neck area, but most necklaces or scarves just don't fit. It can even be paired up with a Choker if the neck still looks empty. [b]Various Umber hairs[/b] Listen... I really like umber, alright? Like what I'm wearing currently, which is a mix of [b][item]Umber Swept Bangs[/item][/b], [b][item]Umber Curly Ponytail[/item][/b] and [b][item]Umber Messy Bun[/item][/b]. But the bangs can also be layered above either [b][item]Umber Tousled Hair[/item][/b] or [b][item]Umber Goddess Ponytail[/item][/b] (though you might need the [b][item]Umber Pulled Back Hair[/item][/b] or another hair to cover up the skin in-between the bangs and the ponytail). Several of these do come in different colours, so layering the hairs with blonde or cobalt colours instead should totally work too!

(Apologies for not linking any of the items, since none of them are Selections and there are too many colors to choose from!) Many of the Shadow Stage items, especially the [b]Consort and Siren[/b] tops and bottoms and the [b]Parasols.[/b] I agree with Dread that the [b]Shimmer[/b] set is great. I especially love the skirts! The [b]Ruffle Skirts[/b] are also up there. I find that the [b]Strapless Dresses[/b] are great for layering. I like to use them as tops (often with one of the Shimmer skirts or Ruffle skirts.) I love the [b]Warrior Capes[/b] and [b]Basic Sandals[/b] from the Golden Colosseum. They're incredibly versatile. And like Begitte, I also often rely on the simple [b]Choker[/b] to tie everything together. I'm a big fan of intentionally mixing up items from multiple Remnants. I find that the Coral Reef and Shadow Stage, and the Enchanted Forest and Golden Colosseum, synergize especially well together. I love the [b]Terra[/b] items from the Solarium, but haven't had a chance to incorporate more of their clothing into my outfits.

Ohh these are all such good items. Everyone has good taste. I can't believe I forgot to yell about the rolled up sleeves shirt!! Anyway since I'm thinking about clothes some more: Special shoutout to [b][item]Robot Body[/item][/b] and [b][item]Temporary Tatters[/item][/b] for being Really Cool. IDK why I'm thinking about them right now, they're just neat.

I dunno; there's so many good ones! Off the top of my head, I really liked the heartseeker tails and rose dresses from this Valentine's, the beetle-themed Illuminary apparel, the fractal stuff is very nice and shiny, and in terms of user-mades, there's plenty of great ones; I think the 'taur sets are one of my favorites, especially the dragon and snake sets! I also think anything with the Chrome colorset is nice; I really like the purple-gray with the subtle rainbow overlay.

I like my moon mask for now but I'm new so we will see

Also, time for some more item love! From the newest customs batch, you may be able to tell but I really love the [b][item]Strawberry Cozy Cardigan[/item][/b]! It's so snug looking and nice. I also really appreciate the site [b][item]Black Hearing Aid[/item][/b] and all the other colours - it's nice to be able to have that on a site like this. And finally (for now), appreciation for the [b][item]Black Finishline Hoodie[/item][/b], which is just really stylish and nice.

I love my [b]Hypno Blepper Umbrella[/b] and my matching [b]Hypno Blepper Tank Top[/b] (since I'm a sucker for anything that matches my main kith). I equally adore anything [b]Prism[/b] like the flannel shirt and the boba tea. My favorites have to be the [b]Spectrum Splatter Hoodie[/b], [b]Hot Pink Business Pants[/b], the [b]Full Black Kneehigh Sneakers[/b] and of course my [b]Furry Snow Leopard Head[/b]. I just wish the latter had matching skin and tail!
