Duplicated Quest Requirements

two unique quests i have at the moment appear to have the same issue: asking for the same items twice.
Author's Note (step 16 of the IlluminarY Gala questline) asks for a Notepad, Pencil, and Wizards of the Past: Merlin book twice.
The Scales Are AlwaYs Shinier (step 4 of Marcus' Secret questline) asks for Brown Uniform Loafers twice.
i'm not sure whether these quests require two of each of these items, or had their requirements duped.

This darn bug again... I've deleted the duplicate requirements, so you should only need one of each. Typically this bug will also duplicate the rewards, so could you please post here to let me know if your rewards are also duplicated? You may keep the rewards even if they're duplicated, I am just looking to get as much info on the bug as possible. Thank you for reporting!

Author's Note duplicated the rewards (both Dating With Dragons and Wizards of the Past: Merlin), but The Scales Are AlwaYs Shinier did not.
