I admit that I don't know much about coding, so I don't know how possible this suggestion actually is.
I was wondering if it could be possible to sync up all the daily changes/resets on the site. As it stands right now, in my case, the daily quests reset at somewhere in between midnight and 1:00 AM, the Kith activities around 4:00 AM, the high scores written on the "High Scores" page at 7:00 PM (the day before), and the high score displayed on the individual game page and the score gems at 11:00 PM (the day before).
It gets a little problematic with the high scores because the score on the "high scores" pages and the individual page don't necessarily match. For example, if the high score for airplane is 2000 on the individual page at 8:00 PM, yet non existent on the "high score" page, if I play and score 1500, it will update on the "high score" but the game itself will still say 2000. As soon as 11:00 PM comes, the "high score" page still has the 1500, but the game page now has nothing.
Okay, I will admit that this next paragraph, I am unsure if this is the correct conclusion, so if anyone else has the answer or other data, please correct me. But, I've noticed that when it comes to high score, the high scores gems that are awarded don't always seem to be correctly given. Some days I count myself as having, for example, 4 high scores, yet only getting 2 or 3 gems. I am not sure, but after a few days of trying to get high scores, I think it counts the high scores on the individual pages and not the "high scores" pages, meaning that if there's a discrepancy between the two, it could cause confusion as to whom the gem will end up. Once again, these are only my observations, I may be wrong/have missed something really obvious.

I will say, the difference in times for dailies and kith activities actually was added- at first it was synced up and had some issues, and so they were intentionally offset.
However, I definitely agree it does make sense to me that the high scores at least should be synced, I did not realize those were not and I have a feeling that might not have been intentional.
I think though, if you don't mind, posting another thread with the more technical support portion about the gems not being rewarded correctly in tech support, that would be greatly appreciated, just so it isn't missed.

I wanted to bump this up and additionally suggest that, in the meantime, could the reset times be stated somewhere on site? When assigning an activity to a kith, for example, could there be a note saying "This Kith will return from X at 4AM/in Y hours," or a note on the high scores page that high scores are reset at xx:xxPM? Even if things are not synced up, it would make things a lot less confusing to have it written somewhere without looking through the forums. At least, that is my take as someone who has come back to the site after a few years and still trying to figure things out.
